Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your creation. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward exchange process.
Exchanges Only – No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your ready‑made item, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable unless they arrive damaged (see below).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange an exchange or a replacement at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, email us at info@zukraf.com with your order number and the reason for exchange. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Custom Orders
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After that, custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be in original condition (unused, undamaged, with original packaging).
- Exchange requests must be made within the specified timeframe (7 days for ready‑made items).
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
